Winemaker Notes: Sweet Cuvee Champagne
Blended from a combination of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, French Colombard, Muscat Canelli and Pinot Noir, Korbel Sweet Cuvee has a bright citrus and tropical fruit character that complements the medium-sweet finish.
Serve Korbel Sweet Cuvee with fruit desserts, especially those made with stone fruits, apple or pears. Its sweetness also pairs well with spicy dishes such as coconut curry or spicy Thai food.
