CRUSH! The
growing season that began with the spring bud break finally comes
to fruition. It's a time here when we work around the clock to
bring in the grapes, and it's also a time to celebrate! The fruit
is ready to be harvested, crushed and magically transformed into
wine; the first step in the precise process that eventually and
inexorably becomes champagne. Korbel knows how to do it; we've been
celebrating this season, these flavors of fall for 130 years. Come
visit our vineyards on a tram ride, test the fruit for optimum
sweetness, then taste the final product with a food pairing
specially prepared for you by our chefs.
Winery and
Garden tours throughout the day. Special discounts for
participants. Tram ride to our vineyards and crush facility,
logo glass, food, and California champagne pairings.
Price includes
sales tax. Tickets are non-refundable.
